HENGDA Plastics (Foshan) Co., Ltd, founded in 1990, is a vertically integrated plastic contract manufacturer with services covering engineering design, mold manufacturing and plastic injection production. Our products are widely installed in base station antennas, and we have been collaborating with the global market leaders since year 2000. With our steady quality performance and superior customer services, we have been awarded the Excellent Supplier Award by our key customers.

Our 40,000 square foot specially designed facility houses both the plastic mold injection and mold engineering facilities. We maintains a wide range of tonnage and size capability including 26 automated mold injection machines ranging from 80-380 tons. Automation systems throughout the production area provides advanced efficiency. Our dedicated mold engineering facility incorporates a wide range of high precision machines, including Sodick AD30Ls EDM, BOCHI VMC850 & VMC1060 CNC, TOPS CNC Micro Milling Engraving Machine, and etc. The seamless collaboration between mold injection and mold engineering departments ensure the quickest response to customers’ needs. We currently have 150 employees, including 20 senior engineers in mold engineering department.
